Announcing a new Meetup for Democracy for America - Orange County!

What: From Occupation to Refugee

When: March 28,[masked]:00 AM

Meetup Description: Ghazi (Jessy) Breigeith has toured as a speaker with the Israeli and Palestinian Bereaved Families for Peace Organization, addressing audiences at universities, high schools, churches, synagogues, and mosques across the United States and around the world.

Known for his talks on the Middle East, Breigeith carries a message of reconciliation and peace. "The loss of his two brothers in the conflict between Israel and Palestine gives him a rare moral authority about what is a stake and the tremendous need for personal responsibility to rise above the spiral of violence," said Scott Kennedy, Coordinator of the Resource Center for Nonviolence.

Please join us for this moving and dramatic presentation.
