Join us for our weekly guided meditation (http://www.diamondway.org/seattle/meditation)! The Buddhist meditation is free, guided in English, doesn't require any special clothes, and doesn't involve any complex rituals. It takes about half an hour, every Sunday and Thursday at 7:30pm. All our meditation sessions are in-person only.
