DICING WITH LIFE is a Board Games and Tabletop Gaming Cafe based in Romford, Essex (Zone 6 of London).
We're a CIC (Community Interest Company) and a Social Inclusion Club so our doors are open to everyone.
π¬ππ« Our atmosphere is always fun and very friendly and whether you are new to tabletop games or a seasoned player, on your own or with friends, all ages & abilities are welcome for a night of tabletop fun with like minded people.
And if you are coming alone, we will gladly help you find others to play with so come check out our lovely community.
π² We have a huge range of over 400+ games for you to play, everything from 10 minute 2 player games to in depth, multiplayer, all evening strategy games and the very best of modern and classic games.
π We also run organised games, including several RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder etc and we have a massive selection of terrain & mats too for Wargames & Skirmish games such as Warhammer & Moonstone to name just a couple β
We play many TCGs, CCGs and LCGs also such as Yu-gi-oh, PokΓ©mon and Metazoo π΄
And of course, please feel free to bring your own games as well.
Raffles and events are regularly held at DWL too.

And we are now an official Warhammer/Games Workshop stockist too!
Plus we sell RPG books, dice, gaming equipment & paints as well π¨

It's Saturday & our main night of the week & the fun & games are just getting started here at DWL!
Come join us at the stylish Premiere Cinema tonight from 5:30pm to 10pm.
We're located here in the Cinema (which can be found on the 3rd floor of the Mercury Mall Shopping Centre) every Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday 5:30pm to 10pm.
π¦ And we're still running every Monday 6pm to 11pm at the Golden Lion Pub too.
πβ There are many hot & cold food & drink options available from the cinema at low prices!
And we will be adding even more options in the weeks ahead with meal deals & collabs.
Supporting Premiere Cinema by buying their food & drink IS supporting Dicing With Life! The cinema has been very generous to us by bringing us into their space & our way of showing our gratitude is by sending some business their way.
And their menu is surprisingly cheap! Especially compared to any other cinema.

Buy a large Popcorn (it's a huge bucket!) or a large fizzy drink & it'll initially cost you Β£4, BUT, take your bucket or cup back to the bar for a refill & the cinema will refill it back up to the top for just Β£2! πΏπ₯€

It's Monday which means the fun and games are at The Golden Lion Pub, Romford, tonight 6pm to 11pm.
Come join us & meet like minded gamers & new & old friends for a bit of board gaming, RPG, card gaming or Wargaming fun π²
Bring your own games or grab one from our selection of over 100 games & play while you enjoy a drink & some pub grub π¦
π For full access to our club & all it's games, we ask that each attendee give a suggested donation of a Β£1 entry fee at both our venues. This is just Β£1 per person, per night.
This is simply to help the club cover it's expenses & stay operational.
We have a fund in place if you are struggling financially though so please ask us and we will cover you no problem π
At the Lion, you will find an "Honesty Box" attached to the side of our games shelf so please put your entry fee in there.
We thank you hugely for your support.
β οΈ Lastly, the Golden Lion are extremely generous to us by giving us their function room every single Monday. With that in mind, please look after the space. Please take glasses down with you & clear all your rubbish & if you move tables & chairs, please put them back the way you found them at the end of the night π
