Mindful Yoga Workshop 25th November 2018
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon combining Yin and Yang yoga poses with gentle Mindfulness practices to leave you feeling nourished and restored. A collaboration between direction and Hot Yoga Edinburgh, this workshop has been carefully curated so that it is suitable and enjoyable for everyone- from beginners with no prior yoga or mindfulness experience, to those who practice regularly. The studio will be gently heated to a comfortable temperature to help you unwind and keep out the chilly winter weather. Starting with a sequence of slow Yin poses combined with Mindfulness practices to calm and relax your mind and body, before moving into a more dynamic Yang sequence of yoga which will gently stretch and awaken the whole body and boost your energy levels. We’ll finish the day with a mindful compassion practice, sending you on your way feeling cared for and nourished.
