About Lana Foladare, Leadership Coach
Lana received an M.A. in Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and a Business with a marketing emphasis from the University of Missouri. She is a certified coach through Coaches Training Institute, an ACF accredited coaching school. In addition, she completed Leadership coaching certification with Source Point Training and is a published author.
As a highly dynamic Coach and Speaker, she has worked one on one in Silicon Valley since 1994 to help people gain balance in their lives. She has worked with professionals from Kaiser Permanente, The City of San Jose, Google and Lockheed Martin. Clients particularly enjoy her sense of humor, deep compassion, and accepting nature.

About Jason Lai, Contest Winner Runner Up
Jason Lai was born and raised in Walnut Creek, California. He graduated from UC Davis in 2010 with a Managerial Economics Degree and is currently working as an HR Representative. Jason is also part of the American Society for Training and Development. He’s been with the Silicon Valley Mandarin English Toastmasters for 7 months and recently helped charter the JDSU Toastmasters Club. Jason is the District 4 Humorous Speech Champion, runner up.

    This was one of the best attended events that Adlibmasters has had. Jean O'Young did a wonderful job as Chairperson. We had three great speakers, Cynthia Sou, Lana Foladare and Jason Lai. I like to invite the guests who came back to our next meeting on Dec. 11 at IBM from Noon to 1:00 pm
