H.I.R.T. stands for High Intensity Resistance Training and that is exactly what this workout is all about. A strength training and cardio hybrid that will burn fat, build muscle, and challenge your body like never before.
This workout is free and open to anyone. Please RSVP ahead of time so I can get an idea of how many people will be there. Please bring a yoga mat. Many of the exercises in this workout require you to be on the ground.
We will not meet if it is raining. I will keep everyone updated about the status of the class.
