Welcome to the Dream Fitness Club! Join us on Monday, October 7th at 5:00 p.m. for an energetic session where we focus on improving our endurance, strength, and agility while having fun. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, our group has something for everyone.

Event Agenda:

1. Warm-up : Light mobility exercises and stretching.
2. Main Workout : Running from 11100 Beckstone Way, Raleigh, NC 27614 to Falls Management Center Rd, Wake Forest, NC 27587, and back, covering a total of approximately 5 miles (2.6 miles each way). We’ll include interval training throughout the run.
3. Cool-down and Stretching : Slowing down the pace and stretching to avoid injuries.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable sportswear and running shoes.
• Water to stay hydrated.
• Small towel, if you prefer.
• And a great attitude to challenge yourself!

How to Find Us:
We’ll meet at 11100 Beckstone Way, Raleigh, NC 27614, near the main entrance. Look for the group with the blue “Dream Fitness” logo or someone wearing a team shirt. We’ll be ready to start promptly at 5:00 p.m., and we expect to finish everything before 7:00 p.m..
