Qigong in the Dubh Linn Garden. Dublin Castle. Coffee Afterwards.

Details
Let's try some well-being and relaxation techniques.
This activity is totally free. But do try and be on time. As the organisers don't like to have to try and explain to delayed cameras again what it's about and disrupting the class.
There will be an opportunity to go for a cup of tea, or lunch, or drink in one of the gay pubs nearby.
This activity in the group is also open to the members friends relatives or anyone who is an ally to the LGBT community.
Start the weekend with Qigong and unwind through gentle physical and breathing exercises. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners, this traditional Chinese wellbeing activity helps reduce stress and improves balance. This practice is outdoors (weather permitting) or indoors with a view of the roof garden.
FREE, no booking required. Suitable for all ages.
