I'm looking for people to run with on a Wednesday evening for a mid-week longish type run to prepare for the marathon end of October. We'll start by running 13km on Wed 17th July, increase by 1km weekly until we get to 16km.
We start at 6:30pm, each session will be run at "tempo run" of 4:55min/km or 7:30min/mile. Do not join me if you can't run at this pace for the entire distance which is the race pace for a marathon at Sub 3:30hrs.
