1. There will be no refund after payments have been done.2. Participant’s confirmation of registration will be notified by the tournament organizer itself.3. Tournament services is available for everyone but if you are age 18 and below, you can use our registration service only with the supervision of your parents or guardians.4. Seeded players (State and National ranking players) are not allowed to participate in the tournament 5. The tournament will be played with Yonex Mavis 350 Shuttle 6. The fixtures with timings of matches will be notified to players by 22nd Jan 2015 by e-Mail and the decision of the Organizer is final in any of the conditions like delay in arrival of the player to the venue. No clarification/application will be entertained for change in match fixture of a player. Once given walkover the decision can't be reverted back 7. Players should bring there own rackets and should wear appropriate badminton shoes.8.The Organizers reserves the right of rejection of any entry without assigning any reason for doing so 9. Only events with a minimum of 6 entries will be conducted 10. Once agreeing with the Terms & Conditions, it means that participant have fully understood and obey the Rules & Regulation of the tournament and also agreed with the payment method
