LIVE AND IN PERSON!
Swing Dancing - Anyone can learn!
Swing dancing is a fun and enjoyable way to meet others while staying physically active.
- On 1st and 3rd Thursdays, we have both novice- and intermediate-level lessons.
- No partner is required as we rotate partners during the lessons and all ages are welcome. You may also choose not to rotate but to stay with your partner.
- After the lessons, join us for open dancing, drinks, and merriment.
Beginners and newbies are always welcome!
PRICING AND HOURS:
Cover (entry) is $13. This includes open dancing from 8:30 PM until 10:30 PM.
Lessons are $5 each with paid cover and are optional.
Only want to take the beginner or intermediate class? A single class only option is available for $10, no cover required.
Beginner lesson starts at 7:00 PM (Yes! We love newbies! Come on out!)
Intermediate lesson starts at 7:45 PM
Open dancing is from 8:30 PM until 10:30 PM

Sometimes GPS incorrectly routes the location. We are in between Hooters and Olive Garden on the service road off of Butterfield Rd. in Downers Grove. We're across the street from Best Buy.
The dance is in the side room. Go to the back and go through the double doors on the left.
The Sand Club has great food and drinks, pool tables, a beer garden and pretty much anything you could want. It's a laid back and wonderful environment.
