Kick off your mornings with a flexible speed-work session - customizable to your pace or join the group, build speed, endurance, and confidence on the track.

Details

We park in the parking lot just North of the school. We meet at 5 AM, with a warmup followed by individual speed work activities. After the speed work, we finish with a cool down. You can cater the workout to your specific needs or join in the group workout for that week. Lead the pack, run the track!
