1. 3:00 PM – Brunch at The Flying Egg

We’ll start our holiday meetup with brunch at The Flying Egg in downtown Bethlehem.
The restaurant closes at 4:00 PM, so we’ll wrap up promptly.

2. 4:00 PM – Explore Downtown Bethlehem

After brunch, we’ll take a 30–60 minute walk through the charming downtown:
• Visit local shops
• Enjoy the holiday decorations
• Grab a tea, coffee, or warm drink at one of the cafés

Perfect time to stroll, window shop, and soak in the Christmas vibes.

3. ~5:00 PM – SteelStacks & Christkindlmarkt

Next, we’ll head to the SteelStacks area to visit Christkindlmarkt, Bethlehem’s annual holiday market.

Expect:
• Artisan vendors
• Gifts, crafts, ornaments
• Food stalls
• Cozy holiday atmosphere

We’ll spend about 1–2 hours here, depending on how long everyone wants to browse.

4. After Christkindlmarkt – Drive to Allentown (≈14 minutes)

We’ll head to Coca-Cola Park for their holiday Illumination Light Show — a large, immersive Christmas lights experience with displays, tunnels, music, and festive installations.
This is a perfect way to end the night with something magical and very seasonal.
