Foodies, craft beer aficionados, winos... People that enjoy chilling out together on a weekend afternoon over good food and good beer, wine & spirits. That's what Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries is all about.

Nestled in the heart of Palm Beach County, we created this group as a platform for down-to-earth individuals looking for a chill and comfortable environment to meet other people with similar interests and make new friends. We have gone to great lengths to run fun and enjoyable activities where there’s something different to enjoy each week.

We know how difficult it can be meet people after college or when friends move away. This is a great place to welcome newcomers to South Florida and born-and-raised Floridians.

Our goal is to help break the ice through such activities as:

Our group consists of active and friendly working professionals who have found Meetup to be a great avenue to meeting like-minded people and making meaningful friendships without the pressure of going to a club late at night. Members of this group range in age from 21 to 50, where we take part in activities that normally consists of 5-15 people, with some over 20 people depending on the scope of the activity. Regardless of whether you’re single or in a relationship/married, we are all here to have a good time.

Although we are situated out of the Palm Beach County area, we welcome those that live north and south of the area such as Jupiter/Stuart and Fort Lauderdale/Miami. Most of our events will take place in Palm Beach County with some occasionally north and south of the area. We aim to host events that will be enjoyable and a chance to unwind from the non-stop working week.

We created this group not to be the biggest or the best one around. More than anything else, we’re about having a good time with good people… over brunches, a good craft beer, and beyond that and more!

NOTICE: You must have a profile picture that is an accurate presentation of you. No person with profile pictures of the following will be accepted for entry into the group: Animals, Landscapes, Robots, Symbols, etc. No exceptions.


Understanding Group Rules and Regulations

Main Organizer of Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries reserve the right to modify the Rules of the group at any time without prior notice. Your use of any of the group pages following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these rules.

Group Membership Requirements

As specified in the group title name, all members considered and admitted for group membership must be between the ages of 21 and 50. The majority of the events held will be at venues where you must 21 and older to enter due to the current drinking age. We do not follow an “aging out” policy; therefore, no admitted or current member will have membership revoked if they pass the current age limit of 50 years of age.

Group Membership Initiation Procedures

Membership into the group is a privilege, following approval of initiation questionnaire that all interested individuals for said group must complete. Admittance into Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries is exclusive, and will not be given if questionnaire is not fully completed. Any questionable answers and responses deemed by Main Organizer will null and void all possible group admittance. Furthermore, any candidate being considered for group membership must agree to follow the Rules and Regulations of Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries.

Group Membership Profiles

All group members must have profiles that accurately reflect the interests and goals of the group. In addition, all group members must have a real profile picture of themselves. No person will be admitted with incomplete profiles and profile pictures of animals, landscapes, robots, and any type of image that is not an accurate personal image of person. No profile without a profile picture will be admitted at all times.

Group Membership Duties and Fees

Currently, Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries does not require payment of a membership fee. All events created by the group organizers are free of charge for attendance, unless specified otherwise – e.g., group bus rentals, concert and sports events, vacation packages, etc. All members who attend a scheduled event must be responsible for payment of their own food and drink and other expenses that may be incurred throughout duration.

Creating and Hosting Events

All events are created and hosted by Main Organizer, Co-Organizers, and those Event Organizers that have been selected to create and host. An Event Organizer can be chosen based on the familiarity, intentions, ideas, and enthusiasm of the member.

Whoever takes on the role of “Event Host” of an event by Beyond PBC Brunches and Breweries must attend and run the event. If an emergency, sickness, or unforeseen issue prevents the “Event Host” from attending, that member must contact the Main Organizer of the group via both the event comment page and private message in order to determine a replacement host for that event.If no replacement can be made, then that select event will be cancelled or rescheduled to a latter time as determined by Main Organizer.

Repeat “No Show” attendance by an Event Organizer for events they create and set to host will result in removal from position and loss of event organizing privileges. Consideration for reinstatement will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Event Suggestions and Feedback

We encourage discussion and exchange of ideas for potential future events, views, comments and other communications, images, photographs, suggestions within the established group, via message board, comment feed for any scheduled event, or private message to any of the organizers.

We expect all members to respect the dignity, rights, and property of each other. All final decisions on events will be determined and approved by Main Organizer.


In order to attend an event, you must RSVP "Yes" and confirm in the Comments box for that Event page of your attendance. This will give the Event Host for a select scheduled event a correct head count of how many people will be in attendance, so the correct amount of seating, tables and space can be confirmed and secured. 

If you RSVP "Yes", but discover that you are unable to attend, you must change your RSVP to "No". The policy regarding changing of your RSVP must be done no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the event. For events that have no RSVP limit - e.g. brewery and festival events, there will be more flexibility allowed so long as:

• You leave a message either in the "Comments" section for the event, or

• Send a private message to the Host for that event

You will be marked as a "No Show" if you are unable to attend and do not change your RSVP to "No" prior to the established 24-hour deadline or at least message the event host beforehand. Further explanation of the "No Show" policy can be found below.

RSVP Policy for Events Involving Reserved Seating

For events at restaurant and those locations where a reservation for a table has been made, there will be a RSVP limit. Because of the planning and preparation in advance for reserving the table for the event - e.g. reserved table for 8 table at a restaurant, all members that RSVP "Yes" for an event must confirm their attendance no less than 24 hours prior to its start.

Because there will be a RSVP limit in place, a waitlist will be created for those who RSVP "Yes" after the respective limit has been reached. Those first on the waitlist will have their RSVP switched to the "Yes" list should someone already on it change theirs to "No".

Due to the reserved seating made in advance at a restaurant or other venue for the event and establishment of a waitlist, the 24-hour attendance confirmation policy will be held strictly in effect. Should you be unable to attend the event but do not notify the host of such as well as change your RSVP to "No" more than 24 hours prior to the start of the event, you will receive a "No Show" mark.

Beyond PBC Brunches and Breweries acknowledges that emergencies, accidents, physical and mental ailments, and unforeseen circumstances can occur prior to an event for any given member. If you are not able to change your RSVP to "No" prior to the start of an event as a result of any of the above and provide such explanation, you will be excused from attendance without receiving a "No Show" mark.

"No Show" Policy

Beyond PBC Brunches and Breweries plans and coordinates substantial time and energy into scheduling fun events for the group. Therefore, we expect all group members to acknowledge, follow, and respect the group RSVP Attendance Policy. Failure to alert and communicate change in RSVP to "No" for an event you originally had RSVPd to "Yes" no less than 24 hours prior to the start of an event will result in being given a mark of "No Show" for that event.

If a member* accumulates five (5) "No Shows" within a three-month period from the date they received their first "No Show" mark without actual attendance of one event, this will result in that member having their group membership revoked and subject to banishment.  

If a member* who has attended at least one event accumulates five (5) "No Shows" within a six-month period from the date they received their first "No Show" mark, this will result in that member having their group membership revoked and subject to permanent banishment.  

Any member* that receives four (4) "No Show" marks for events within a month period, regardless of how many events that member has attended prior, this will result in that member having their group membership revoked and subject to permanent banishment.

*Special consideration will be given to Co-Organizers and Event Organizers of such policy. Such members can still be subject to policy should circumstances within current organizer leadership change.

Guest Attendance Policy

Any group member may invite up to two guests per event that are not currently members of the Beyond PBC Brunches and Breweries group. Please note that some events will only allow one guest to attend based on whether that given event has a RSVP limit set. Any given guest, regardless of the current group member under he/she is attending with, can attend up to a total of three events. After the third event attendance, that given guest will have to apply for membership if interested in future events.

No group member will be permitted to invite a person who has been banned from the group, or has been banned from other Meetup groups with which group organizers have had prior encounters that led to that person’s banishment from said group. Please see Dating and Harassment Policies for further information.


Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries encourages, but does not require, each member to attend at least one (1) event per month. We acknowledge and respect that not all events planned and scheduled will cater to every member based on a respective member's current work and personal schedule. However, we do discourage group member inactivity, and will cull current member list at any given time to determine continuation group membership of any person at any given time.

Per, "inactive" is defined as any member who has NOT visited the Meetup group page established and maintained by a given group for a 90-day period.

All members that gain inactive status after 90 days will be electronically notified by the Main Organizer regarding their current interest within the group. Continuation of group membership will be determined based on response/non-response of a respective member.

• If an inactive member states in response that he/she is NO longer interested in group participation, they can either remove themselves from the group or have the Main Organizer proceed on their behalf.

• If an inactive member states in response that he/she IS interested but currently unavailable to participate in group activities, we will continue to retain his/her group membership for a set time period. However, indefinite hiatus from group as an inactive member will not be allowed unless special case is made to Main Organizer.

• If an inactive member does not respond within a 7-day period from first electronic attempt made by Main Organizer regarding their current status, this will be considered as disinterest in continuing group membership; and, therefore, removed as member from group.

Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries holds the power, privilege and right to remove any said group member at any time due to any type of inactivity if so deemed by Main Organizer. Inability to attend one (1) event or RSVP for one (1) event within a 90-day period can additionally be grounds for inactivity and thus loss of group membership. 


In order for our group to maintain a fun and safe environment that's positive and enriching, our members must comply with the policies and procedures established by this group as well as Federal and State Law. Respect for all members regardless of sex, ethnicity, sexual preference, and socioeconomic position must be given at all times. It is imperative that all our members feel safe during the course of an event established, scheduled, and hosted by the group.

Liability and Risk Policy

Meetup, Inc. and Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries do NOT maintain health, auto, home, life or other insurance policies applicable to all current members and guests of events set up by Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries. Therefore, all liability and risks associated with you and your guests participation in Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries events are solely your responsibility.

Attendance at any Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries event is your acknowledgement that you assume all liability and risk and that you release Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries and members of Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or death. 


Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries is not a dating and hookup service. While, there will be no discouragement of those individuals who show interest in dating one another within the group, respect for each other must be given at all times. We expect all members and non-member attendees to respect each other, and not discourage anyone from future attendance with the group out of concern for their safety and well-being.

Zero Tolerance Behavior Policy

If any report comes forth of a group member/non-member displaying behavior/conduct that the group defines as zero tolerance, that member will be subject to possible removal and banishment from group. The Main Organizer will attempt to establish accuracy of such report. When enough information has been accumulated that determines likelihood that accused member/non-member has committed such behavior/conduct, the Main Organizer will determine action, including removal and banishment from group.

There will be zero tolerance for the following behavior/conduct:

• Abusive

• Aggressive

• Deceptive

• Discriminatory

• Disrespectful

• Insulting

• Harassing

• Hateful

• Obnoxious

• Offensive

• Outrageous

• Sexual Targeting

• Stalking

• Threatening

• Violent

Any such behavior by a member at any time towards any person that could endanger their health and well being, regardless of membership status – i.e, member or non-member, is grounds for immediate removal and banishment from group, not limited to pursing assistance from law enforcement and legal action.

Any member knowingly assists a member/non-member circumvent the channels of organizer leadership decision making and disciplinary action, such as through that said member/non-member's attendance of a future event, after being banished from the group for any of the listed-above behavior, will also be removed permanently from the group. Furthermore, any member displays conduct with which the organizers have a reasonable belief to be detrimental to the existence and functioning of the group at large, and goals of the group, will be removed and banished.

Any malicious verbal communication, debasement, and/or defamation of the group or any group member that results in a negative and harmful image and opinion of the group or a group member will result in immediate removal and banishment from group. This is not limited to spreading information about a group member or group that is:

• Libelous and slanderous

• Rumor-based

• Alienating

• Aggressive, hateful, threatening, and violent

Monitoring and Removal of Group Page Content

At all times, we reserve the right to remove, delete or disable any content, postings, photographs, and comments from members, and the right to terminate access and membership of any group member at our discretion. Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries will monitor posted User Content on all group pages, and reserves the right at its sole discretion to ban a Meetup member from the group as it deems necessary, and remove or disable inappropriate content or activity if found on our page, including but not limited to:

• Profane, defamatory or obscene language

• Content inappropriate for a professional setting, as determined by Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries

• Stalking, harassing, threatening, abusive or violent language or activity

• Hateful or discriminatory comments towards any individual or specific groups of people

• Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading content

• Posts that impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents identity or affiliation

• Links or comments that contain sexually explicit content or material

• Any activity that is illegal or encourages illegal activity

• Content that infringes the rights of another, including without limitation copyright, trademark, right of privacy and right of publicity

• Files, software or mechanisms that contain viruses or corrupted files that may harm or damage computer software, hardware or other programs, spyware, Trojan horses, worms, Easter eggs or any other harmful, disruptive or destructive files or activities, or that result or may result in any denial-of-service attack

• Content promoting commercial solicitations, chain letters, mass mailings, or spamming

• Intentionally disruptive or incendiary comments or material

• "Sensitive” personally identifiable information (such as medical information; financial information; sexually-related information; political or religious opinions; criminal charges or convictions; racial or ethnic origin)

• Content that, in the sole judgment of Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Pages, or damages the image or rights of Beyond PBC Brunches & Breweries or other users or third parties

• Content directly expressing support or opposition for a candidate for public office.

All members and guests must observe and respect the rules and regulations at all times when attending any event of Beyond PBC Brunches and Breweries.
