Most challenging may be finding people to share my passion and excitement for local food and food sources.
I am always interested in discussing, writing and teaching about the foods that local residents are interested in as well as discovering new sources and outlets.
I'd love to visit more local establishments, teach more about cooking with locally sourced foods and what is available both seasonally and sustainably.
I am currently teaching cooking classes at Longo's Loft.
