Bootcamp & Barre at Deep Ellum Yoga!
Get fit while having fun! We'll start our morning off right, with a killer workout designed to melt fat and show off sexy, toned muscles! Barre (1st and 3rd Saturdays): Join me at the barre and feel the burn! With moves based in ballet and pilates, we'll work on core strength, body aligment, mind-body awareness, and torch some serious calories while we're at it! Bootcamp (2nd and 4th Saturdays): A combination of high intensity intervals, circuit training, and body weight work, we will sculpt and target all your trouble zones! Head to to register!

If you're ready to blast your body for the long term and be a part of a supportive group of women who want to see you succeed, this is definitely the right group for you. I've been a personal trainer for 7 years and I know the key to success is enjoying the process of getting and being fit and a huge part of that is surrounding yourself with like minded people who will lift you up and push you forward.

Classes will be held at Lorna Jane in Uptown by Kat Spangler: certified personal trainer and sister of 21 Day Fix creator Autumn Calabrese

Saturdays 11 am alternating between bootcamp and barre followed with brunch at a restaurant near by!
