I am looking to connect people that are learning about the importance of a plant based diet for health and vitality. Whether you are a vegetarian, a vegan, raw foodist, or if you are in pursuit of adding more healthy meals into your daily eating...then this group is for you! The purpose of the group is to share ideas, books, recipes and to plan events such as educational seminars, potlucks, and cooking classes. I have children ages 2,5, 10 and 12 and would love to meet other parents that are committed to better health for their family as well. IF you love to learn and share good ideas - then this group is for you.
