HU (pronounced "hue") is the Sound of Soul, Soul is the true, eternal you and me.
Singing HU with love every day opens our heart and changes our day for the better. Everything seems to flow more smoothly. We likely will have more tolerance and kindness and won't stress as much when life's little mishaps happen.
HU is for everyone, regardless of faith or religion. It makes us more aware of Soul, our true self.
You are most welcome to join others in singing HU or to just listen and experience it for yourself.
HU will be followed by an informal discussion on the topic of the day and stories shared of real spiritual experiences. You are welcome to join us and stay for light refreshments afterwards.
