 lity access\,**\n\nGMCP are aiming to match our socialising focused "pub g
 aming" atmosphere and putting on a different menu to suit the night! **As 
 usual please be encouraged to buy their food and beverages to make sure it
  works for them.**\n\n**We\\`ll be there from 6:30pm until 11:30 ish.** Th
 e staff are happy to let people in a little earlier we just cant guarantee
  an organiser will be there. Similarly don't worry if you're going to be l
 ate as games will be starting and ending throughout the evening. Its unusu

 uits in the library until 3pm. You are welcome to bring lunch from home or
  there is a Scotmid next door.\n\n**THE EVENT**: If you have a group and/o

 usual please be encouraged to buy their food and beverages to make sure it
  works for them.**\n\n**We\\`ll be there from 6:30pm until 11:30 ish.** Th
 e staff are happy to let people in a little earlier we just cant guarantee
  an organiser will be there. Similarly don't worry if you're going to be l
 ate as games will be starting and ending throughout the evening. Its unusu
 al to need to wait more than 10-15 mins at these events.\n\nBring games if
  you like. We'll have some on site too. A wide range get played from light
 er stuff to big chunky ones.\n\nWe will be using our usual donation tin to
  collect for the charity card donations can be taken at the till. If you w

 e daunting for newcomers. But please don’t worry\, we have a fantastic b
 ase of regulars who have all been new at some point. You\\`ll find people 
 are very friendly and the organisers even actively keep an eye open to mak
 e sure you get a warm welcome. If we've missed you\, just ask one of the t
 ables. ***What to Expect***: The day is very informal. Some people will ha
 ve pre-planned a longer game (feel free to use the comments)\, but the vas
 t majority will honesty just form tables with whoever is free using the bi
 g pile of games we keep on site. It’s a great way to meet new people.\n\
 n**DO I NEED TO KNOW ALL THE GAMES?** Not at all! Honestly\, that would be
  an impressive feat in its own right! Dont worry\, people usually find a g
 ame someone knows how to teach\, often something they brought from home an
 d we try to keep a good number of easy to pick up ones in the library.\n\n
 **WHERE CAN I PARK?**\n\nAny nearby single yellow line after 6:30. This in
 cludes Candlemaker Row\, parts of the Grassmarket\, George 4th Bridge\, Ch
 ambers St\, and quite a few of the major roads nearby that you might not e
 xpect.

  the games available from the library's collection\, but there are always 
 players who bring their own.\n\n**THE GAMERS**: Players looking to try new
  games\, gamers looking to find players for their games\, or groups wantin
 g a space to play in.\n\n**THE SPACE**: We have large\, well-lit tables wi
 th plenty of space and seating. Perfect for gaming!\nThere is a kitchen ar
 ea to refill water bottles and dispose of rubbish\; if you use any dishes\
 , please wash\, dry and put them away. There is free tea\, coffee and bisc
 uits in the library until 3pm. You are welcome to bring lunch from home or
  there is a Scotmid next door.\n\n**THE EVENT**: If you have a group and/o
 r a game already\, bring them along\, or post a comment here to organise i
 n advance. Our regulars are welcoming\, friendly and happy to include anyo
 ne\; ask either of the Hosts\, Andrew or Craig\, and they'll happily help 
 you find a game too.\nIf you intend to arrive after 10:30\, its helpful to
  comment so a space can be saved for you. The very start of the day is usu
 ally smaller and shorter games to give people time to arrive before starti
 ng larger ones.\n\nThe library is open until 5pm but we ask that you are t
 idied up and ready to leave for 4:30pm so they can clear the area and lock
  up on time.\nIf extra tables and chairs are needed\, please take them fro
 m the side room. At the end of the day\, please put all tables back in tha
 t room except for one near the door and two at the windows.
