Join us for a walk up Arthur's Seat
Another vigorous walk up Edinburgh's wee mountain. A reasonably good level of fitness is required. Be prepared for some steep sections and step climbing. You'll need decent boots or shoes as it can be slippery, as well as warm & weatherproof clothing and some water on warm days.

The route is decided on the day and we'll walk for up to two hours and return to the start point. Weather permitting, we'll take in great views across Edinburgh, the Lothians and beyond.
Treats at the top are always welcome if anyone fancies bringing some to share :) Anything really, we're always grateful.
Hemma-time. Then Hemma Cafe/Bar afterwards for refreshments.
Dogs You're very welcome to bring your dug on this walk, provided you also bring a short lead.
Getting there: It's about a 15-20 minute walk from North Bridge. Also, Lothian bus 35 stops at the foot of the Royal Mile near the Parliament and Palace, round the corner from the start point.
Walkers are responsible for their own safety, and no member or organiser from the group can be held responsible in case of any mishap.
