Free skating - must bring your own skates

PLEASE NOTE: You must bring your own skates to this event. No skates are available for rental at the site. We also recommend gloves and a helmet if you are a beginner. You can buy skates at Canadian Tire or another retailer. If you do not bring skates, you can still watch and chat with us from the bench inside the skating area.

Join us for one hour of care-free skating and possibly chit-chat (if, unlike the organizer, you are experienced enough with skating that you can also talk at the same time). All experience levels are welcome, including complete beginners.

We will meet at 6:30 pm inside the arena. Look for more specific instructions closer to the event start time. There will be other people skating, not part of the meetup group. Public skating opens at 6:45 and ends at 7:45 sharp. If you arrive after 6:45 you will find us already skating.

Please update your RSVP status if your plans change and you can no longer attend.
