Hey Ben,

That sounds very sensible...

I will turn up with enough material to play for 1 hour if needed but if you want me to play less as others want airtime then that is cool

We'll play it by ear so to speak!

If you think it an idea i can bring my korg ea-1 synth for possible jamming - that is a wicked box for live shit...really amazing...

:)

Best Wishes,

Steve

Hi Steve,

It's good to have finally got the ball rolling on the jamming side. I'm looking forward to a great event.

Slots will be somewhere from 30 mins to 1 hour. It depends on the number of people who bring stuff and how much people are able to collaborate and play back to back :-).

Ben

Cheers!

Paul Dungworth of the Flea Pit has invited the London Electronic Music Meetup to take over their sound system for a night.

Bring your laptop, iPod or any other toys along. We'll organise slots for people to play on the night, but if you can let me know ahead of time that would be cool. Any kind of music goes, it will be nice to get a mix.

What: London Electronic Music Meetup 6: Flea Pit Takeover.

When: Thursday, November 20, 2008. 7:00 PM.

Where: The Flea Pit, 49 Columbia Road, London E2 7RG.

Learn more here: http://www.meetup.com/electroniclondon/calendar/9046053/

I'm going to bring along a bunch of minimal techno, either on laptop or vinyl. Let us know what you intend to play or what you would like to hear. The venue is a bar with a capacity of around 100.
