Mobile Device Helpdesk

This is a free drop-in help desk for people who are having trouble with a phone, tablet or laptop computer. We don't do physical repairs, but we can help you set up your social media accounts or email, figure out why that weird thing keeps happening, get that video of your grandson's baptism to load, and so on - at least we can try!

We can also teach MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint or help you with free office software alternatives and teach you how to use those. Pamela is a skilled one-on-one teacher who makes technical things easy to understand. She'll answer any questions using jargon-free language, and help you understand the basics so that you can feel confident whenever you have to ask someone else for an explanation.
