About the Presenter

Noni Banks is a marketing coach, business consultant and entrepreneur. She is the founder of The Diva Movement, an organization that provides support, tools and resources to women business owners. Noni started and grew The Diva Movement using social media, by launching her business on Facebook in 2012. The Diva Movement has a global following reaching hundreds of thousands of women.

Noni has an extensive professional career. She had the opportunity to grown the brands, reach and reputation of private corporations and non-profit organizations. She is a nationally recognized trainer and has developed a number of professional development courses across numerous industries.

Her ability to reach and connect with women on social media, in authentic ways, was recognized on a national level from Facebook and Instagram. The Diva Movement was invited to join the Facebook Small Business Council in 2018. In 2019, Noni was appointed as a founding member of the Leaders Network, because of her commitment to building community through the Facebook platform. She was a featured speaker at the Facebook Community Global Summit in 2019.

Noni is a 2019 Women Welding the Way calendar honoree by The WELD Columbus Chapter. In 2017,she was the recipient of the Smart 50 Top Executives by Smart Business Columbus.
