A 4-week Series focusing on cultivating masculine confidence, warriorship and sexual energy
Zat Baraka Elias
Every Wednesday in April 2013 6:30-8pm

Wednesday April 10th (week 2)

Next in the series we will focus on cultivating male sexual energy and further strengthening masculine presence. Learn how to transform sexual frustrations, practice to be a better lover and tune into the power of the archetypal lover.

How you work with your sexual energy is how you relate to life. If you choose to have better relationships, live with confidence, empower your creativity and step into your new masculine, it is crucial to begin to develop some mastery of the lover.

This is a safe space for men to share and be open about their goals & challenges. The focus of this series is to cultivate
male sexual energy, masculine presence, power and heart-compassion.

What will these classes do for me?
These classes are designed to challenge men to:

• Move from the limited view of sex as a way of releasing tension to sex as a means of deeper connection.
• Assist men in stepping into mature manhood, authenticity and integrity.
• Be better lovers, husbands, and be more compassionate fathers and friends.
• Receive support from other men.

We will cultivate our male sexual power through yogic breath and movement, and through practices designed to stretch us past our normal habits and tendencies.

Week 3: The Power Of Communication Practice: Strengthen communication with other men and deepen our understanding of women.

Week 4: Making Love A Meditation: Learn how to get more sex & release performance anxiety.

We will use tools from the Tantric Buddhist path, Yogic & Taoist tradition and influences from visionaries like David Deida and Robert Moore among others..
