What we're about
60 minute Yoga classes incorporating pranayama (breath work), relaxation, asana (physical yoga postures), meditation and a little philosophy. Join us as we breathe, stretch and laugh our way through class.
Bring your senses of adventure and humour. If you have your own mat and props you can bring them too, or use ours.

as classes are strictly limited to just 10 students. A Meetup RSVP is not sufficient as registration or booking, as it does not provide me with your contact details or details of your medical or injury history to keep you safe during class
