Mt Beerwah - NW Face
For experienced hikers/rock-climbers only. Also you need to be reasonably fit and hike regularly 4-6 Km per hour with you backpack and climbing ropes. Please contact me before you RSVP. We meet at Mt Beerwah Carpark @ 8:00am and walk up the tourist track. At the slab we traverse to the right, passing Mosquito Wall, Thanksgiving Wall, Mr Bushy Pillar, before we arrive at the start of the N W face route (or Alpine route). After lunch/morning tea on top of Mt Beerwah we follow the tourist tract down to a spot to enjoy the spectacular view of Organ Pipe before we head back to our cars.
