"This is a group for anyone interested in learning about and practising mindfulness. Regular monthly Mindfulness CatchUps are held giving people the opportunity to practise mindfulness with a small group of people. Mindfulness Workshops are also conducted approximately every three months in a friendly supportive setting. The group also provides the opportunity for people to learn more about how to apply mindfulness to their daily lives and to learn about new evidence based mindfulness research. "
