What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in hiking, walking, exercising, surfing, light running and generally becoming healthier and fitter. My wife and I started this group to inspire others to become physically active, spend time in nature and do it with a friendly, supportive group of like minded people. I am a Physiotherapist and have a passion for getting people active and tapping into the power of our bodies to improve the quality of our lives. I really believe "exercise is medicine" and even more powerful when done in nature with people who share similar values.
