Hello Adelaide Yoga & Meditation Community! Thank you for your ongoing support and engagement throughout this year. It has been epic to witness our Community grow & flourish & to meet you at our classes. Yoga, Relaxation & Meditation weekly classes resume on Thursday 18th October until Friday 14th December for 8 weeks. ***** There will be no classes on 29th & 30th November***** This is the final block of classes on offer until 2019. I sequence the classes for you to align with the seasons & also the moon cycles so that you experience optimal benefits throughout your mindful practice. ⭐️Dru Yoga & relaxation supports you to feel very calm, grounded & blissfully relaxed. ⭐️You have the opportunity to experience tuning in to your body, your breath & your intuition. ⭐️It allows space in your life, to come back home to you. ⭐️Contact me here or via my website- if you would like to book in on Thursday 5.45pm, or Friday 9.30am...or if you’re curious & would like to know more. ⭐️Class packs are available for your convenience & casual classes can be purchased too or added onto the packs. ⭐️Thursday night and Friday morning classes help you to feel calm, grounded & nourished as you move into the weekend. It’s also an opportunity to connect with an amazing community of like-minded individuals, who understand the importance of taking time out to look after yourself. ⭐️Together we have fun & experience ease, through graceful yoga movements, breathing techniques & deep relaxation. Bring a mat if you have one, water and a rug to cover yourself during relaxation. There is easy free parking at the hall on Wakefield Street too.
