Panel Discussion with Web GDEs

Due to JsMobileConf, we are fortunate enough to have quite a few GDEs in town. We decided to invite them over for a fun and informative panel discussion on all things web. We'll have some good questions to kick things off, but feel free to bring a few of your own!

Bios (subject to change):
Jen Looper is a Cloud Developer Advocate Lead at Microsoft with over 18 years’ experience as a software developer. She’s interested in mobile apps, machine learning, and Vue.js, and combinations of those! Jen is the founder and CEO of Vue Vixens, a worldwide initiative promoting diversity in the Vue.js community.

Raymond Camden works as a Developer Experience engineer. He works on serverless, JavaScript, web standards, and enterprise cat demos. He is the author of multiple books on web development and has been actively blogging and presenting for almost twenty years. Ayşegül Yönet is a Senior Azure Cloud Developer Advocate at Microsoft. Ayşegül, focuses on Spatial Computing, Mixed Reality, AI, Angular and Data Visualization. She is a Google Developer Expert for Web Technologies & Angular and an active conference speaker. She previously worked as Senior Software Engineer at, Autodesk Play, a 3D and VR authoring tool and A360 Viewer and A360 Drive. She enjoys teaching at a variety of non-profit organizations aiming to increase diversity in the software industry. She is the co-founder of code4good, an organization with the goal of helping people to contribute to open source. Previously she led Women Who Code meetups, Girl Develop It workshops and was a CTO at AnnieCannons, a bootcamp dedicated to teach tech skills to human trafficking survivors.

Tara Z. Manicsic is a lifelong student, teacher, and maker. She has spent her career using JavaScript on both back-end and front-end to create applications. A Developer Experience Engineer for Netlify, Google Developer Expert, and international technical speaker, she focuses on conveying the codebase she has learned. In her free time she works in her community to educate and learn from other developers. Tara launched the Cincinnati Chapter of Women Who Code and the Cincinnati branch of NodeSchool. Beyond code, Tara still makes things but with solder/clay/wool and hikes any mountain she can get to with her family & trusty sidekick, #toshmagosh.
