What we'll do
Vinyasa flow is a dynamic, fluid Yoga practice which unites movement and breath to take you through a sequence of poses designed to warm, mobilise, strengthen and stretch your body to leave you feel strong, vibrant, energised and healthy.
A regular Vinyasa practice will increase your strength and flexibility, boost your concentration, build your stamina and determination and helped you stay balanced- physically, mentally and emotionally.
The beauty of yoga is that each movement can be adapted or modified to suit your current level of strength and flexibility, so it truly is a practice suitable for everybody.
No prior experience necessary, simply wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Bring an open heart and a curious mind, the yoga will take care of all the rest.
Classes are limited to 5 students to ensure a high level of individual attention.
Guests welcome subject to numbers.
$20 casual, $150 for 10 weeks.
