Hi everyone. Welcome to Authora Australis!

We're an online literary journal and a group of inner west-types centered in Marrickville, looking to meet like minded persons to engage in some free writing exercises and writing critique over a beer or a glass of wine. We hope to span all genres, styles and (post) structures of writing. Anyone is welcome, whether you want to start on a novel, hammer out a poem, knock out a short-story or blog piece, or just finish your thesis. We hope to begin with a few writing exercises for people to get to know each other and get comfortable sharing their writing, and then move into sharing and critiquing their existing work.
