Global AI on Tour - Sydney Edition

Details

April marks the launch of our dedicated Azure AI meetup with our "Global AI On Tour" evening where you're going to learn about how Azure's AI capabilities can help you, your team or your business achieve more.

Join us to hear from two community experts who will demonstrate how can you infuse AI capabilities into your solutions.

What is the Global AI On Tour?

The Global AI On Tour is a free event organised across the world in April and May by local communities that are passionate about artificial intelligence on Microsoft Azure.

Session 2:

Title: Paper to Power using Azure Form Recognition

Abstract:
Are you still collecting your feedback on paper handouts? Red, yellow, green feedback is faster, but what do you do with that? It’s so time consuming to go through the feedback forms afterwards and maybe you just don’t bother. What if you could collect feedback on a custom form, collate the data and get actionable results before your coffee gets cold?

Join JK on the journey from waiting weeks to get feedback from user group talks to having the results in less than an hour for each event. You’ll see how you can use Form Recognizer to parse the data straight from the page, what you can and can’t do right now, as well as how you can leverage other Azure Cognitive Services to get more details from the user feedback forms!

Speaker: Jernej Kavka (JK) (SSW)

About JK:
JK is a Senior Software Architect with 10 years of experience in software engineering. Jernej has worked on full-stack .NET development, mobile applications, and Azure Cognitive Services. He has worked with some of Australia's largest corporates with great customer satisfaction.
