What we'll do
A circuit walk in Werribee Gorge, one of my favourite bushwalks that
is relatively close to Melbourne. Come and experience the dramatic
landscape along the Werribee River for yourself. If we're lucky, we may
see some great birdlife.
Hopefully the wattles will be in bloom at this time of year.
Some rock scrambling is involved.
Note - only a small section of the walk is like this photo. It's the highlight! :-)
The remainder is more like traditional bushwalking.
Uphill & downhill walking is involved. 11km Circuit. Medium grade.
This walk is open to new, current & past participants of the Under-35(ish) group, who have bushwalking experience & a good level of fitness.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
