    Calling all photographers!

This group is for anyone who owns a DSLR and would like to learn how to take control of their camera to produce outstanding photography. The workshops are led by John Wilmshurst, a professional portrait and commercial photographer. John has shot many clients and campaigns in Australia and Europe and is a full time studio photographer at Verve Portraits, one of Australia's leading studios.

    Learn.
Over the course of the meet ups, you will go to different locations to learn how to shoot spectacular landscapes, stunning portraits and more. We discuss the fundamentals of photography like composition, lighting and equipment as well as sharing and exploring creative ideas and techniques.

You will be guided along the way and will be given worksheets to take home so you can practice what you learned again and again. You can even share your best images with the group here, on this page!

    Socialise.
The social element of the group is key and each meet up will include a quick drink at a local bar/coffee shop where we can get to know each other and ask/answer any questions.
