What we're about
This group is for people interested in learning and sharing how neuroscience can contribute and potentially transform how leaders work in a variety of environments and sectors from business, corporate, sport, education, not for profit etc. Leaders have to think, feel, make decisions and influence others on a daily basis, often under high stress.
The brain determines how and where we choose to focus, how we react, behave and relate to others, as well as how we perceive and respond. New insights from neuroscience are expanding our knowledge and understanding of how the brain works and its subsequent impact on our leadership behaviour, and how our behaviour influences those around us.
If you are leading, or aspire to leading people, come along and increase your understanding of how your brain functions, how you can change and improve your brain health, and so facilitate positive change in yourself and those you lead. Explore, from a brain perspective, the type of environment that will leverage the potential of those involved, where they feel safe, both psychologically and physically, and how to make that a reality.
