What we'll do
This MeetUp will be a showcase of soft white mould and washed rinds cheese with maybe the one or other addition of a unique semi-hard cheese from our secret stash.
This theme will allows us to draw from the full range of goat, sheep and maybe mixed milk white mould cheese. You will probably even see a triple cream cheese. In addition there are some really excellent washed rind cheese available. It'll be another tough one for us to choose!
Expect about 6 different cheeses mainly from the soft cheese categories with different milk types.
We will also have Annelies from Fino Foods to co-host this Meetup alongside Tom. You'll get 2 experts for the price of one :-)
Your ticket includes 2 glasses of wine (sparkling, red or white) and an option to upgrade to a bottle (see bar staff on the day for details). So bring your friends and make this a special night of cheese & wine at one of Brisbane's top venues.
As before you will receive the opportunity to purchase the presented cheese for delivery the following week.
