We are a group of Footbike enthusiasts, who love getting out in the outdoors, and getting a great fitness workout, and checking out the local community areas via Bike paths. Footbiking is relatively new to Australia, so we also hold "have-a-go" days to help people try out the exercise, and to see if it is a fitness activity that they can enjoy. Afterall, the trick with a great fitness program is finding something that you enjoy. It makes it a lot easier to continue doing. It is also a growing sport, so for those that are a bit competitive, we also have race days. But mainly it's about getting people together, to challenge them to become healthier and fitter with a low impact workout.
