Aikido is the peaceful warrior's martial art. The art of Aikido develops the coordination of the mind and the body to harmonise with, instead of fight an aggressor. - Non Violent Martial Art - Meditative natural movement - Conflict resolution skills for both physical and interpersonal situations - Well being through the practice of stationary and moving meditation - Life Force - Ki (Chi) training and application - Mind - Body - Sprit integration and harmonisation - Mindfulness - learn to live life in the moment.
Weekly meditation sessions are conducted at 8:30am and can be either seated or under motion. Ki testing is regularly preformed during this time to allow the student to find balance of both mind and body. Come and try something different.

Aikido is a Soft form martial art which uses the opponents strength against them. It can improve self confidence, coordination and mental well being. A typical session usually involves a "round table" discussion about stressors in our modern life, followed by stretching exercises and then light combat training with professional instructors.
Free session for new students. Come and Learn the Art of Aikido and how to coordinate mind and body within any conflict situations. Learn balance and control of your internal energy and how to apply that to the external. Peaceful resolution to conflict situations starts from within.
