Do something for YOU on your lunch break and move, relax and continue your day feeling refreshed.
On Wednesday's we hold a nourishing vin/yin class on our lunch break to get ourselves moving and relaxing as we edge into the end of the work week.
Vin = Vinyasa - moving your body with each breath (think fast paced, fun)
Yin = slow stretching for 2-3 minutes per pose (think bliss)
All classes are super beginner friendly, 45 minutes long so you can get back to work within the hour and a lot of fun.
