SLOW FLOW YOGA FOLLOWED BY YIN
Yin stretches the connective tissues around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum and spine). Seated and supine poses are held foe 3 - 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia to increase mobility.
