This is fortnightly group that meets at East Gosford for those interested in living a better quality, healthy and happy life using Mindfulness based Meditation practices. Mindfulness Meditation is a very hot topic now in Modern Psychology in helping people with physical, emotional distress and improve their sense of happiness and health. Each session, will be a topic, such as meditation techniques, anxiety, insomnia, increasing happiness and so on using Mindfulness methods and will be followed by a lovely meditation. All levels of experience are very welcome.
