Let's face it, the world is going through a massive Digital Transformation brought about by Digital Tech such as Smartphones and Cloud Computing. Things we would have only dreamed about doing 10 years ago to engage with customers is now a reality.
Leveraging this Digital technology it is now possible to build amazing customer experiences whilst gaining customer insights.
This meetup will focus on all aspects of building a great customer experience from Customer Journey Maps through to the technology. We will not be forgetting softer topics such as how you get employees engaged on this shift through the likes of Organisational Change Management.
Fundamentally this meetup is for Customer Experience Advocates who recognise the strong trend and understand the importance of building engaging customer experience journeys for customers. We would welcome any feedback or requests for specific topics to be included by members.
