What we'll do
Strong by Zumba - A HIIT body resistance class perfectly synced to the music to help you tone, be stronger and reach your fitness goals faster.
Please do not worry about the RSVP numbers in the group as classes always run unless it is not listed on the calendar. Meet up is only one way I get the word around.
Please bring your smile, energy, plenty of water, a towel and a jacket for after class.
For Strong please wear clothes you are comfortable exercising in and also performing movements such as planks, sit ups etc. Wear really good supportive shoes that you would wear running. Please bring a Yoga Mat - if you don't have one it's ok we have Blue Crash Mats you can use. I do suggest wearing a pair of exercise gloves if you have them, makes it easier when we do go down to the floor.
