Pam Bailey:

I am a Nutritionist providing a natural way to better health. However I am not your typical nutritionist. I enjoy most foods in moderation including chocolate & the occasional glass of wine. I don’t live on mung beans and quinoa and I won’t expect you to either.

I specialise in Eating Psychology which is a new approach to eating challenges such as chronic dieting, binge eating, emotional eating and overeating. As an Eating Psychology Coach I guide & support clients to make lasting changes in their relationship with food. Eating Psychology involves all aspects of who we are as eaters – MIND, BODY, HEART & SOUL!!!
