Food is such a critical part of our daily lives. Not only do we need it as sustenance, but food also plays a huge role in our culture and our social lives. 🥘🥗

Over zoom (of course!!), our talented chefs are hosting cooking workshops to share some of their quick, easy & to die for plant based recipes from around the world. 🥑🥦🍆

There's no need to travel to Thailand for the freshest, creamiest panang curry.... This Sunday 19th Sep, Bhakti will be showing how to make a yummy vegan Panang Curry. It’s going to be a great culinary journey for anyone that is either a beginner or quite well versed in the kitchen, to join and learn these very easy to make comfort food and get inspired!

Panang Curry

This hallmark dish is a popular pick for Thai food fans.Panang curry originates from Thailand's central region, but its popularity quickly spread as people moved to find work elsewhere. The earliest records date back to 1890, and calls it phanaeng.

How does it work ? 3 simple steps
1. Register for the workshop
2. Receive a list of ingredients you need to buy for the hands-on workshop
3. On the day of the workshop log into the kitchen room and have fun cooking together

About Bhakti
Bhakti is a vegan chef and has been cooking and studying the art of making plant-based meals for the past 12 years. She grew up in France and has spent some time travelling around the world learning from different cultures how they combine flavours to make a dish genuinely exquisite.

Cooking is a fun way to express creativity and try new things, and what Bhakti loves best about food is when she gets to share it with others!

Book Club with Yaso is for those looking to dive deeper in life, learn how to form healthier habits and perspectives that will help you to find your why and lead you to an exciting life of fulfillment, happiness & success 🤸🤸🤸

How does it work?

Everyone reads together (over zoom), share thoughts, have group discussion from your own experiences and see life through the lens of what is presented in the book.
Yaso will facilitate the discussion and reveal tips from the book that can be applied in your life to reduce stress, improve relationships, become more calm and find your own why in life.
You will be reading from “Hiding in Unnatural Happiness” by Devamrita Swami – a monk, spiritual lifestyle coach and a scholarship graduate from Yale university.
You are not required to have the book or read before hand, Yaso will share an online copy and everyone reads together & discuss over zoom.

About Yaso

Yaso works as a dental assistant and is originally from South Africa. Growing up in South Africa where poverty is very prevalent and people need to be very alert to the possibility of being robbed, assaulted or worse, she is driven by kindness and compassion. Her topmost priority & why in life became to help others live a better life where everyone felt safe, comfortable & protected. To pursue her why she was studying to become a doctor but her inner calling led her to explore yoga culture & lifestyle. In her search she discovered bhakti yoga and has been practicing it for over 15 years.

Lunch time Yoga Flow

No matter where you're located, from the comfort of your own home, join Bhakti for a free 30 mins yoga session.

This free online class is suitable for all fitness levels; beginners and experts alike are encouraged to join. Wear comfortable gym clothes and get ready for your much-needed moment of calm.
Workouts will be equipment free, just ensure you have a mat or carpet for comfort and a block (or book or blanket) if you prefer practicing with one.
Please note, participants agree that joining classes is done so at their own risk. For your safety, be sure to clear an open space before starting your home workout.
