Lacking motivation to run? Got the Bridge to Brisbane on your radar?
Join my team of 5km walkers through to 10km runners prepping for the B2B.
The program progresses over 8 weeks with three sessions per week. If you can’t make a session you’ll still be able to do the run in your own time.
The Program uses a combination of steady state, tempo, and interval training and can be adjusted to different abilities and goals.
