Come and join us and enjoy the silence of true meditation as taught by the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. It is a simple technique that is suitable for everyone and all ages. The sessions run for 1 hour and each week we will introduce you to a different method to help you to attain this silence. If you can not switch off the noisy radio in you head this is a good group for you to join!
