In this 4 week course we teach you simple techniques to take you beyond your thoughts for greater wellbeing. You also have the option to be supported in your practice between sessions and ongoing. Due to current restrictions all our classes have moved online. During our on-line classes we share techniques on how to achieve a deep meditative state for greater well-being in day-to-day life. We also offer support with daily meditation practice. Classes and related guidance is always provided free of charge.
